It's an event you won't want to miss!</li></ul> What We Need:Bar Managers are the go-to within their teams, they are responsible for guiding the team through the good and tough days (hopefully not too many tough days but this is hospitality!) Taking responsibilities that will enable them to one day become General Managers in their own Store! Responsibilities:<ul><li>Oversee daily operations and confidently run busy shifts, ensuring a seamless experience for our guests.</li><li>Be a Team player, supporting your General Manager and team through thick and thin.</li><li>Ensure our bartending team are meeting the standards of the company, with their spec knowledge and cocktail making skills.</li><li>Act as a role model for the bartending, bar back and floor team.</li></ul> Skills and Experience:<ul><li>At least x1 year experience working in a busy bar as a senior bartender or team leader.</li><li>Resilient and adaptable to change in a fast-paced environment.</li><li>Honest, hardworking and a team player.</li><li>Confident, self-motivated, and driven professional.</li><li>Methodical and thorough when problem solving.</li><li>Approachable at all times regardless of workload.</li><li>Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.</li><li>Some experience organising rotas and managing the bars’ labour margin would be extremely beneficial.</li><li>Knowledge in handling stocks, licensing, risk assessments and health &amp; safety.</li><li>A hands-on manager who isn’t afraid to get behind a station when your team is in the weeds and smash out a dozen Old Fashions!</li></ul> About us:Nightcap is an award-winning operator in the late-night bar scene.
