Overview of the role:

As the Partners Senior Sales Executive, you'll be stepping into the big leagues, reporting to the Head of Sales and supporting your Sales Team. You will play a pivotal role is the strategy to maximise and grow our centrally managed 3rd party accounts for Nightcap Venues. You must have a passion for driving sales through building relationships and account management. You will have excellent presentation skills, a keen eye for detail and confident in negotiating with all levels of customer. You must be an excellent sales leader who leads from the front and supports, motivates and challenges your team.


The key responsibility of the Partners Senior Sales Executive is to successfully account manage the day to day of some of our consumer 3rd party accounts to grow pre booked sales business from these stakeholders across the Nightcap portfolio.

Responsibilities:

· Maximise new and existing relationships with 3rd parties and event agencies.

· Enquiry Handling, portal management and telephone Management

· Account management of a set number of 3rd party accounts

· Develop and manage our agency network, identifying key partners to grow both corporate and consumer 3rd party business

· Client entertaining and hosting FAM trips

· Attend networking opportunities and industry exhibitions

· Be an expert in our enquiry management and ticketed booking systems

· Ensure all sales team are following approved processes

· Always act as an ambassador of the brands

Skills / Experience Required:

  • Minimum 2 years’ sales experience, ideally hospitality sales.
  • Experience working with Event Agency and 3rd parties
  • Highly organised
  • Ideally proficient experience with Access Collins Booking System.
  • Good administration and IT skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
