What We Need:


As a Restaurant Manager, your main role will be to inspire and energize the amazing team we have here whilst ensuring a warm and memorable experience for guests. You'll be responsible for the front-of-house team performance. You will have real pride and passion for what you do, with the ability to build rapport and long-term relationships with guests. You will work closely with the management team to make improvements to service and customer experiences.


You will have:

  • At least x1 year experience working in a busy bar/club/restaurant as a Restaurant Manager.
  • Passion for delivering for your customers.
  • Experience developing a team.
  • A love of hospitality.


Responsibilities:

  • Overseeing daily operations and confidently run busy shifts, ensuring a seamless experience for our guests.
  • Be a Team player, supporting your General Manager and team through thick and thin.
  • Ensure all Teams are meeting the standards of the company.
  • Act as a role model for the whole Team.


Skills and Experience:

  • Resilient and adaptable to change in a fast-paced environment.
  • Honest, hardworking and a team player.
  • Confident, self-motivated, and driven professional.
  • Methodical and thorough when problem solving.
  • Approachable at all times regardless of workload.
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
  • Some experience organising rotas and managing the bars’ labour margin would be extremely beneficial.
  • Knowledge in handling stocks, licensing, risk assessments and health & safety.
  • A hands-on manager who isn’t afraid to get behind a station when your team is in the weeds and smash out a dozen Old Fashions!

The Piano Works part restaurant/part bar/part concert, and full-on party! The Piano Works are non-stop, late-night, live music venues where nightly 8 skilled musicians interact with the audience and play their song requests. Non-stop live music features from 11:30 to 16:00 for our raucous weekly Saturday brunches, and from 17:00 to 01:00, five nights a week supported by state-of-the-art sound & lighting systems and DJ's from 1am till late.
