We need a Barback who is ready to get stuck in, be ready to provide the bartenders with what they need when they’re low- this can be alcohol, garnish or even ice!</p><p><br /></p><p><strong><em>This is a PART TIME vacancy, with shifts based over 2/3 days., and a wage starting at £ 10.50 - 11.42 per hour!</em></strong></p><p><br /></p><p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Restocking the bar with spirits, beer, wine, mixers, garnishes, ice, and glassware as needed.</li><li>Cleaning and maintaining bar surfaces, glasses, and utensils, ensuring a tidy and sanitary work area.</li><li>Assist bartenders in preparing and serving drinks during peak business hours.</li><li>Cut fruits and prepare garnishes for drinks.</li><li>Organize and maintain bar storage areas, ensuring easy access to supplies for bartenders.</li><li>Provide excellent customer service by promptly assisting customers and directing them to bartenders or servers when necessary.</li><li>Monitor and communicate low inventory levels to the bar manager for timely restocking.</li><li>Collaborate with the bar team to create a welcoming and enjoyable atmosphere for customers.</li></ul><p><br /></p><p><strong>Skills and Experience:</strong></p><ul><li>A go-getter attitude.</li><li>Confidence. Because it’s not easy to carry boxes of drinks through a busy crowd of people at night.</li><li>Good communication and can always anticipate what the team will need.
